The Gurallar Business Center spans nearly 350,000 square feet and features a colorful, memorable façade. Often called “lego-like,” the unusual building stands out amongst the monolithic style of Kartal, Istanbul.
ONPA Architects designed the new building for Jen-Col Construction Corporate Office in Acheson, Alberta. IMARK Metal, the project’s fabricators, describe, “The customer had a vision of a unique and striking building which IMARK was able to help them achieve through early involvement in the project.”
The Dupaco Community Credit Union opened its new branch in Marion in the Summer of 2017. The Dubuque-based company in Iowa has added numerous modern amenities to this over 7,000 square-foot building. One of those advancements is a “full-service learning lab,” which offers customers support in understanding and handling their own finances.
The Carleton-Willard Village Retirement Community in Bedford, MA, was designed by Tsomides Associates Architects Planners. The new village center takes senior living to new heights with a host of modern amenities and a stunning contemporary design.
The Fleming College’s Sutherland Campus in Peterborough, Ontario was originally built in the early 1970s. Established by Ron Thom, Thompson Berwick, and Pratt and Partners, the college’s “gateway” was in need of a massive redesign. The main facility, the 76,000 square-foot A-Wing Building, was recently updated by the educational specialists at Gow Hastings Architects.
