The Rosehill Public School in NSW is a modern learning facility designed by Conrad Gargett Architects. The general contractors at Grindley, who performed the project’s design and construct elements, were required to demolish existing structures to make way for the new state-of-the-art three-story facility.

The modern education building features the newest amenities to include outdoor learning spaces, a basketball court, and various other recreational activity areas. While the existing administration building received updates, the new facility is the showcase of the school’s site.

The building employs colorful fiber cement panels that are non-combustible, cost effective, and easy to install. Vitragroup’s Vitrapanel is a high-performance fiber cement cladding enhanced with A&I Coatings’ Vitreflon fluoropolymer coating system. Vitreflon employs Lumiflon’s FEVE which offers architectural surfaces a plethora of benefits, all of which ultimately help maintain the structural integrity of the coating system.

Substrates which feature FEVE resin technology are provided with longevity and durability in addition to excellent color and gloss retention, anti-corrosion and graffiti properties, and superior weatherability, essentially protecting architectural coatings from UV radiation, water, salt and other elemental deterrents that contribute to coating degradation.
