Illinois American Water constructed a new composite elevated water tank in 2016. According to Tnemec Company, the tank provides, “…pressure reliability during power fluctuations at three water treatment plants and supplements five other storage tanks and four booster stations on the distribution system. It was also built to provide potable water to customers in the Champaign service area.”

565 Great Northern Way and Pavilion is a commercial and retail development by powerhouse architecture firm Perkins & Will in Vancouver, Canada. The project, adjacent to the Emily Carr University, features a seven-story office façade and one-story retail pavilion.

30 Hudson Yards in New York City is the tallest tower in the Hudson Yards development and features the highest observation deck in the Western hemisphere. Home to global media company, Time Warner, the building houses the company’s powerhouse subsidiaries, HBO, CNN and Warner Brothers. Project architects Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) describe, “At a time when extraordinary urban projects are arising around the world, Hudson Yards is an important symbol for New York’s continued leadership in global urbanism.”
