The Elm is a 30-story residential high-rise in Bethesda, Maryland. The colossal facade is incredibly complex, requiring five years from concept to completion. While the structure's base features a neutral-toned brick material, the most significant portions of the façade are intricately fabricated Alucobond PLUS metal panels.

Every element in the school’s design from the inside out was purposeful, taking advantage of natural light and serving as an essential addition to the local community.

The Northern Beaches Hospital is a multipurpose healthcare development with emergency and clinical support facilities in a single location. Completed in 2018, the project was designed by Sydney-based firm BVN. At its core, the facility is a modern take on traditional healthcare design. Non-sterile looking, this warm building provides a welcoming atmosphere from the inside out.
