The state-of-the-art library opened its doors in 2014, debuting its iconic bright, volcanic façade which received its dynamic hue from the Valflon coating system applied to the library's exterior aluminum composite material cladding.

Obsolete and unequipped to provide care for its massive number of patients, the hospital had no other choice but to upgrade.
