Program Description:
This presentation will explain the process for specifying a high-performance coating system using FEVE Fluoropolymers for exterior steel. Participants will learn how to accurately specify FEVE Fluoropolymers including surface preparation, performance data, and total system selection. Case studies will also be presented for real-world validation of this technology.

Presenter Biographies:
Mark Thomas is a vice president for Tnemec Company, where he is responsible for marketing the company’s coating products and brands. Since joining the company in 1996, he has worked extensively on new product technologies with research and development, technical service, and sales department personnel. Thomas has a master’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in integrated marketing communications from the University of Kansas, is NACE Level II Certified, and is a USGBC Leadership in Energy in Environmental Design Accredited Professional.

Jennifer Gleisberg is the Inside Sales Manager for Tnemec’s Eastern Region. She is responsible for providing agency assistance by driving engagement through leads and customer information. Targeting prospective leads by means of campaigns and project focus allows her to provide strategic sales assistance to Tnemec representatives in the Eastern U.S. With more than 15 years of experience in the coatings industry, Gleisberg brings a customer service perspective to architectural projects requiring coating solutions. Jennifer is involved with several industry organizations, including the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Gleisberg is NACE Level I Certified, holds a CSI Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) designation, and is also a USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate.
