A collaborative effort between design and architecture firm Gensler’s Boston and San Francisco offices, the Amazon L4 Tower of the Boston Seaport District occupies 430,000 square feet of 111 Harbor Way. Boston Seaport by WS Development and Turner Construction is a 525,000 square-foot, 18-story, mixed-use building. Its conception provides a cornucopia of economic opportunity, as well as a space for technical innovation, to the Seaport neighborhood.

4300 Wilson Blvd in Arlington, Virginia, is the site of an impressively revamped interior. Inside a 270,000 square-foot Class A office building, the Ballston Point project creates hospitality design in a commercial space. Invoking hospitable design elements, the interior focuses on common, connective spaces, drawing in visitors and staff.

Wheaton Town Center is the first LEED-Platinum certified government-owned building in Maryland. The original three-story office building on site was demolished, to make room for the new 25,000 square-foot town center. The building will serve as a meeting and municipal space for the local Wheaton township.

Designed by Gensler, the Tower at PNC Plaza helped revitalize downtown Pittsburgh. Completed in late 2015, the project features the company’s corporate headquarters over 32 floors. The sustainable building was designed with its tenants in mind, creating collaborated connected spaces within.
