The very first Harwyn modular pods were designed to provide a modern alternative home office, delivering much needed personal space for the at-home worker. The design has since been adapted to fit a plethora of markets, most notably education. Harwyn designs for the education sector have provided minimalistic and contemporary spaces for students that, due to their modular construction, can be dropped into their location.

The King Baudouin Metro Station in Brussels was designed by GS3 Associés. As commissioned by the Brussels Intercommunal Transport Company, the metro station was required to abide by strict guidelines and provide access to the metro’s control and access facilities.

Water Works Park in Des Moines, Iowa is one of the country’s largest urban parks and provides drinking water for 500,000 Iowa residents. In an attempt to attract new visitors to the park Des Moines Water Works Park Foundation and the City of Des Moines commissioned RDG Planning & Design to construct an attractive underpass for the park.

The Esperanza Brighton Park Health Center opened just last year and offers essential medical services to low-income and uninsured residents in Chicago. The non-profit building features a playful, modern façade designed by JGMA. The building contains healthcare service space, clinical offices, exam rooms, on-site pharmacy, and other room allocated to diagnostic testing.
